You'll learn why gentle detox is needed to boost your body's natural detox superpowers in order to rid your body of potential fertility-robbing toxins and exactly how to make it happen on the daily.
Since one of the areas I see couples struggle with (without even knowing) is understanding the woman's cycle, fertile days and when to have intercourse. Module 5 is all about her menstrual cycle, how to pinpoint issues within it and steps to balancing common issues. We'll dig into the best, most simple ways to track your cycle and fertile days, how to pinpoint hormonal issues, steps to balancing common issues and how to rock out "game day" when you're ready (aka making that precious baby!).
A little bonus to help you navigate your first trimester...when that beautiful day comes! You'll get the basics of how to flourish your first trimester, even if you're not feeling, well, like getting off the couch or eating anything other than sourdough and butter.
